About Us

Mare smith completed schooling at Cape Recife High School in Port Elizabeth in 2002. She successfully completed her bookkeeping course (ICB accredited) through Damelin 2003.

Upon completion she joined her mother Chrisma Sansom at Top Class Accounting in 2003 and worked her way through all facets of bookkeeping, VAT, Tax, PAYE, Audits, Objections. She also assisted with Forensic audits and payroll. She worked there until her departure in 2014.

From 2014 to 2018 she worked for various accounting firms in Johannesburg namely Audit Connection, Marijon Accounting whereby she did full spectrum of bookkeeping, PAYE, VAT submissions, Payroll, Personal Income tax, Company Income tax as well as the drafting of financial statements.

From 2018 to 2025 she has been doing full bookkeeping, payroll and HR functions for Action Panel Beaters including their VAT submissions, Provisional tax, PAYE, IT14, EMP501, CIPC, Annual returns, Ufilling

Starting point is always getting the bookkeeping done and up to date.

Once year financial statements must be done. Most companies financial year ends are in February. It is advisable to do the financial statements as soon as possible after financial year end.
